My name is Sandra Capaccio, and I have a love for all things beauty. With over 13 years of experience in the beauty industry, I’ve had the opportunity to explore many different roles and experiences — but the most rewarding of them all has been working for myself and serving my incredible brides and special occasion clients.

I am an on-location makeup artist serving the Tri-State area, specializing in bridal and special occasion makeup, with occasional work in special effects artistry. My goal is always the same: to create a look that enhances your natural beauty while making you feel confident, relaxed, and truly your best.

My career began in 2013 after graduating from Rizzieri Aveda School of Beauty & Wellness. I was always fascinated by makeup artistry, but quickly realized that beautiful makeup begins with healthy, well-prepared skin. Because of that, I started my journey focusing on skincare.

I further developed my knowledge at Sephora, where I trained extensively in skincare, fragrance, and cosmetics. During my time there, I immersed myself in the beauty world, learning from talented artists around me. Eventually, I became a Sephora University Beauty Class Facilitator, where I had the incredible opportunity to train in San Francisco — an experience that remains one of the highlights of my career.

In 2017, I joined the MAC Cosmetics team, where I received advanced training in makeup artistry, color theory, and client service, becoming a Certified MAC Makeup Artist. In 2018, I expanded my experience even further by working with Stila Cosmetics, where I had the opportunity to represent the brand and share artistry techniques at locations throughout New York City.

Today, I’m proud to bring all of that experience together through Artistry by Sandra. My passion is simple: helping people feel confident, beautiful, and completely stress-free on their most important days. Everyone deserves to feel like the best version of themselves — and it’s an honor to be a small part of that moment.
